Inter Milan has parted ways with their former coach, Simone Inzaghi, who was unable to retain the domestic title and has since moved on to Saudi outfit Al-Hilal. The Italian powerhouse is preparing for a new chapter – with a fresh coach, a revised vision, and potential reinforcements for the squad.

The likely new manager of the Nerazzurri is set to be Cesc Fabregas. Fabregas, a former Spanish international and Premier League legend, is poised to undertake his first significant managerial challenge. Inter is also eyeing changes within their roster, with a strong focus on bolstering the defence. The club aims to bring in players who can rejuvenate and strengthen their backline.

According to reports from TEAMtalk, one of Inter’s primary transfer targets is Marc Guehi. The 24-year-old central defender currently plays for Crystal Palace and represents the England national team. Over recent seasons, the defender has distinguished himself as a solid performer in the Premier League. Additionally, the former Chelsea academy product has also attracted attention from Bayern Munich.

Guehi ed the ranks of the Selhurst Park club in 2021, having previously played for clubs like Swansea City. Since his arrival at Crystal Palace, he has made 155 appearances and scored eight goals. His contract is valid until June 30, 2026, and Transfermarkt values the player at 45 million euros.
