Loic Bade Could Move to Leipzig

Loic Bade is considered one of the top defenders in La Liga, making him a hot commodity in the transfer market. Standing at 191 centimetres, the 24-year-old centre-back has drawn attention from two Premier League giants: Liverpool and Chelsea. However, these English clubs now face additional competition as another team enters the fray for the Sevilla player, according to the Spanish portal “Fichajes.net”.

According to the mentioned source, RB Leipzig also has its sights set on g Loic Bade, aiming to outmanoeuvre the British heavyweights. The German club appears determined to secure the French player’s services, even considering triggering the release clause in his contract that runs until 2029. This clause is reportedly valued at 60 million euros, ensuring that Sevilla could make a significant profit if they choose to sell their central defender.

The 191-centimetre-tall defender has been successfully playing for the Andalusian team since January 2023, initially ing Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on loan from Stade Rennes. Sevilla completed a permanent transfer for the talented defender for around 12 million euros six months later and certainly does not regret the decision. This season, Loic Bade has made 24 appearances, scored 1 goal, and provided 1 assist.
